Orders and Shipping

We do our best to ship your order within two business days. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Give it a day or two to update - it may take the carrier that long to update your system. If at any point you have a question about your order or shipment, send us an email.

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Maybe - it depends how far along it is in the packaging/shipping process. Send us an email and we’ll look into it for you.

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will ship within two business days via USPS Mail from St. Petersburg, FL. It can take up to 7-10 days for the post office to deliver your order. If you need or want it faster than that, let us know (but chances are it won’t take that long).

How do I track my order?

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email order confirmation. Once the order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account at any time to see your order status.
